This policy describes what information Fitinty collects, why, and how it is handled. It applies to fitinty.com, app.fitinty.com, and tenant storefronts hosted by Fitinty.
What we collect
Account information you provide (name, email address, password), content you create on the platform (documents, books, courses, listings), and basic technical information needed to operate the service (such as IP addresses in server logs).
How we use it
To provide the platform's features, secure your account, and communicate with you about the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your content to advertise to you.
Cookies
We use session cookies for signing in - they are required for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Analytics
Public storefront pages count views in a privacy-light way: daily aggregate counts scoped to the visited page, without building visitor profiles and without third-party analytics trackers.
Sharing
Content you choose to publish (a public storefront, a published course or listing) is visible to visitors as you configured it. We share data with service providers only where needed to run the platform - for example, our hosting provider - and never for their own marketing.
Storage and security
Data is stored on infrastructure we operate. Tenant data is isolated per organization at the database level with row-level security policies enforced on every table.
Your choices
You can access, correct, or delete your content from within your account. To request account deletion or a copy of your data, contact us at the address below.
